Convenient returns

To return an item, you can request a refund from Refined Things using the simplified method within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged or has the wrong color or size, please contact our support team (info@raffiniertedinge.de). We are happy to offer you a partial or full refund. Don't forget to add a few photos where the defect is clearly visible.
We hope you understand that we unfortunately cannot offer free return labels at such low bargain prices. Unlike other providers, we do not include potential return shipping costs in the sales price, so we can offer all customers even lower prices.
